"Always surround yourself with good people," is a lesson Eric Farr learned from his dad.  So when Eric was looking for the right place to become an independent contractor, he decided Dart was the best place to make that happen.

Eric financed a 2006 Freightliner through Highway Sales, Inc.,  a truck and finance vendor, and contracted it with Dart Transit Company.  "I had a plan coming in the door here at Dart, and I took off and never looked back."

"I owe this all to my dad," he says about his business success.  "He surrounds himself with good people who make him successful.  Basically that's what I've done here at Dart.  I've surrounded myself with good people who help me succeed.  I tried a few lease programs before I came here, but I succeed at Dart because of the people."
