The store will offer many staple and trending gift items.
If items are in inventory, they will ship within 24 business hours.
Below are some frequently asked questions which may help you when placing orders.

Q: Who can order from the Dart Resource Center?
A: Anyone! Employees, contractors and the general public can all access the new site.
Q: How do I log in?
A: You may log in by creating an account and then creating a password. After doing so, you may begin your shopping experience.
Q: When will my shipment arrive?
A: If the items are in stock, they will ship within 24 business hours from Minneapolis, MN (USA) and arrive via UPS. Depending on the delivery location, expect up to 4 business days.
Q: How do I pay?
A: With a personal or business credit card. You may also use a gift card or promotional discount code if you have one. We are working on a way for drivers to purchase items using their EFS card, but have not yet finalized a process.
Q: Will my credit card be charged all at once?
A: Your credit card will be authorized for the amount of the sale, but will be charged for the cost of the item plus shipping and handling after the order has shipped.
Q: Can I purchase items with other Dart approved logos?
A: Yes, these requests can be sent via the banner at the bottom of every page by clicking the Contact Us link. After submission, if the request is approved, resource center will begin processing the request.
Q: How do I handle returns?
A: Contact Dart Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) for specific instructions if an item needs to be returned. If you received the wrong size product or if it’s defective, we will take care of getting a replacement product sent to you at no charge. If an item doesn’t fit or if you need to switch it out for something else, you will need to:
1. Return the items (please keep the tags) to the address provided by Dart Support (email@example.com)
2. After the item(s) is (are) received, we will credit your credit card for the initial purchase.
3. You will then be asked to place a new order on the website.
All shipping charges will be finalized when the order has shipped. Your total price at checkout includes estimated shipping charges. Consider the email notification that your order has shipped as a receipt; it will include all charges.
