Life with 2 Fur Babies: Dart Owner Operator Catheryn's Life with 2 Dogs in the Truck

It was a beautiful day at Thresher Field Dog Park in Eagan, Minnesota, where Dart owner operator Catheryn and her two dogs, Jazzy and Harley, enjoyed a sunny April day. Jazzy and Harley chased each other around the park and played fetch with Catheryn, who was excited to be out in the fresh air with her two road companions. Catheryn, born in California and relocated to Arkansas, has a deep love for the open road. She, Jazzy, and Harley go over-the-road in her 2016 Kenworth T680 seeing all of the beautiful sites the nation has to offer. Catheryn has contracted her truck with Dart since 2014 after being with other companies who left her wanting more out of a company. “After doing some research and looking into Dart, I felt like it would be a good fit.

Dart Donates $4,400 to St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund

Dart Transit Company, a premier leader in transportation solutions, recently teamed up with the St. Christopher TruckerDevelopment and Relief Fund at the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) in Louisville, Kentucky. Dart unveiled their latest event at the show: a “Cash Catch” booth – where participants try to catch $1,000 cash blown around by a fan affixed to the booth. The lucky participants that were chosen at random in a drawing, had 60 seconds to collect as much cash as time would allow. At the end of the round, all of the cash leftover in the booth was donated to St. Christopher’s.

Dart Attends 46th Annual Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville

Dart Transit Company was excited once again to attend the famous Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) for its 46th year in Louisville, Kentucky! MATS was held March 23 to March 25 and is the largest annual heavy-duty trucking industry event in the world. Each year in mid-March, MATS hosts 1,102 exhibitors from 45 states and 12 different countries in a mammoth 1.1 million square feet of exhibition space at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

The American Transportation Research Institute launched its annual online truck driver survey to receive feedback on the top concerns in the industry. Last week, ATRI collected more than 500 driver surveys at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Kentucky. The online version of the same survey is intended to allow a larger number of truck drivers to participate.

Convoy for a Cause: World’s Largest Trucking Convoy raises money for Special Olympics Minnesota

As more than 150 trucks started up on the morning of September 17, 2016, smiles lit up the parking lot from more than just the drivers and contractors behind the wheel. Special Olympics athletes climbed up into the big rigs and got ready for departure. They looked out the windows of the truck and waved a temporary goodbye as the truck convoy set off for their 42-mile adventure on Interstate 35.
